A subscription is required for any Independent group, but not for Private or Public groups. To learn more about the different group types, click here.
See below for instructions on how to set up a subscription.
Create a subscription for an existing group
1. Log into groupvalet.com (this cannot be done in our app).
2. Under the My Groups tab, find your group and click Go to Group Homepage.
3. In the left sidebar, under Managers Only, open Group and then click Manage Subscription.
4. Choose the subscription you'd like and click Subscribe. Your first subscription comes with a 14-day free trial.
Create a subscription for a new group
1. Log into groupvalet.com (this cannot be done in our app).
2. Click Create a Group and follow the steps. The subscription is built into this process.
