The GroupValet website automatically adjusts to the size of your screen, so a few things are arranged differently on a phone than on a computer. All the same features are available either way, just laid out to fit your screen.
The menu (your group and community options, including Managers Only)
- On a computer: the menu runs down a sidebar on the left side of the page.
- On a phone: tap the menu icon (the three lines) in the top right corner to open that same menu.
Menu categories (sub-menus)
Inside the menu, sections like Managers Only are organized into categories (for example, Group, Activities, and Member Management). Tap a category to expand it and reveal the options inside. This works the same way in the sidebar on a computer and in the menu on a phone.
Your Dashboard tabs (My Activities & Events, My Groups, My Communities)
- On a computer: these show as tabs across the top of your Dashboard.
- On a phone: these become a drop-down selector. Tap it to switch between them.
Your Profile
- On a computer: click your name at the top of the left sidebar.
- On a phone: tap the menu icon, then tap your name at the top of the menu.
A note about our other help articles
Many of our help articles describe the computer (desktop) layout. If you're on a phone and an article mentions a "tab" on your Dashboard (like the My Groups tab), look for it in the drop-down selector instead. And if an article mentions the "sidebar" or something "on the left," you'll find it by tapping the menu icon.
