Sometimes the GroupValet app can get stuck in a bad state, which may prevent you from logging in or cause other unexpected behavior. A simple fix is to delete the app from your phone and reinstall it fresh.


Don't worry — no data will be lost. All of your information is stored securely on our servers, not on your phone. Your email address and password will not change, and everything will be exactly as you left it once you log back in.

iPhone (iOS)


1. Find the GroupValet app on your home screen.

2. Press and hold the app icon until a menu appears.

3. Tap Remove App, then tap Delete App to confirm.

4. Open the App Store.

5. Search for GroupValet and tap the download/cloud icon to reinstall it.

6. Open the app and log in with your existing email and password.


Android


1. Find the GroupValet app on your home screen or in your app drawer.

2. Press and hold the app icon until a menu appears.

3. Tap Uninstall (or drag the icon to the "Uninstall" area at the top of the screen, depending on your device).

4. Open the Google Play Store.

5. Search for GroupValet and tap Install.

6. Open the app and log in with your existing email and password.
