If you want to cancel multiple dates, or end a season (which you can do by cancelling dates you no longer need) but you still want the overall activity to remain active, this article explains how to do that. Just follow these steps.
1. Log into groupvalet.com (this cannot be done in our app).
2. On the Dashboard, click on the My Groups tab. Or go to My Communities if this is for a Community Event.
3. Find your group and click the Go to Group Homepage button.
4. In the left sidebar, under Managers Only, open Activities and click Cancel/Revive Dates (for a Community Event, it is under Events instead).
5. Select the activity (or event) you want and click Next.
6. Click "Cancel this Date" for each date you want to cancel. Note that when you cancel a date, the page will scroll to the next date, so it makes it quick and simple to cancel multiple dates.
You can reactivate any date by clicking "Revive this Date" for any previously cancelled date.
