If you are trying to find out how to create a subscription, view this FAQ Article.


If you are on a mobile device and you're trying to add a subscription, but the page only reloads so you cannot move past it, the issue is most likely that you have popups disabled on your mobile browser.  Our subscriptions require popups be enabled.  You can follow the instructions below to enable popups, and once you've created your subscription you can follow the instructions again to disable popups if you'd like.


Follow the instructions below based on your mobile device and browser.


Safari on iPhone

1. Open Settings and tap Safari.

2. Next to Block Pop-ups, toggle the button off.


Chrome on iPhone

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app.
  2. Tap More More and then Settings.
  3. Tap Content Settings and then Block Pop-ups.
  4. Turn Block Pop-ups off.


Chrome on Android

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
  2. To the right of the address bar, tap More More Settings.
  3. Tap Permissions and then Pop-ups and redirects.
  4. Turn on Pop-ups and redirects.
