In your group, under Manage Activities, there is an option to sign up a guest. A guest in this scenario is someone who is not a regular member of your group, in other words, they are not listed in your group directory. This article explains how to add a guest.
If you need to cancel someone who was signed up as a guest, you can do that by following these steps:
1. Log into groupvalet.com (this cannot be done in our app).
2. In your group, open Manage Activities (under Managers Only in Activities), select the activity, and click Next.
3. Click Manage Guests.
4. In the Choose a Guest to manage list, select the guest and click Next.
5. Click the Cancel button for that guest (it reads "Cancel [guest] from [activity]…") and confirm.
