GroupValet provides historical reports for all your events and activities. You can go back and see the list of participants and download spreadsheets showing the answers to any signup questions that were asked.
In order to view the reports, you must log into the website at groupvalet.com - you cannot access the reports in our app.
Once logged in, go to your Group or Community Homepage. In the left sidebar, under "Managers Only", open "Group" and click Report by Activity. For a Community, open "Community" and click Report by Event.
In there you can enter the date range to search and you will get a list of everything that took place within that date range. The default range is the past 30 days.
