Some members might still see activities or events after the deadline because there are some rules around that.

 

1. All group/community managers will see the activity/event after the deadline has past, regardless of whether or not they are signed up.

 

2. Any non-manager member who is signed up, or on the waitlist, for that date will see it after the deadline.

 

3. Any non-manager member who is NOT signed up and also not on the waitlist will NOT see that date once the deadline passes.

 

Essentially, the rule is that managers see everything.  Non-managers will only see what they have signed up for, or what they still can sign up for.

 

Additionally, if someone tries to sign up from one of the emails after the deadline, they will get a message that the deadline has passed and they will not be able to sign up.

 

Once the date of the activity has passed, it will be removed from view for everyone.
