If you are a group manager, you have the ability to make changes, or de-activate, your group. Just follow these steps from the GroupValet website (this is not available in the app).
1. Log into groupvalet.com.
2. Click the "My Groups" tab.
3. Find your group and click the "Go to Group Homepage" button.
4. In the left sidebar, under "Managers Only", open "Group" and click "Group Settings".
5. This is where you can change anything about your group, including the name of the group. You can also make the group "Inactive" and completely turn it off.
Note - only the Group Captain can re-activate a group. If you are the Captain, your inactive groups are listed in your GroupValet Profile, which you can open by clicking Edit Profile under your name at the top of the left sidebar. Group Managers cannot re-activate a group, so please contact your Group Captain.
