If you see the error "Server Error - Request failed: unacceptable content-type: text/html" when you are trying to log into the GroupValet app, it likely means that your IP Address was blocked by our system. That can happen for a number of reasons. To fix it, contact us at support@groupvalet.com and we'll remove the block.
