If you've already tried that and it didn't work, please contact us at support@groupvalet.com so we can solve the problem for you.


There are a couple of things that might cause this:

  1. If you've submitted multiple Reset Password requests, only the LATEST email you receive will work.  For security reasons, once a second request is made, the email for the first request becomes invalid.  If you've submitted the request multiple times within a short timeframe, it's possible that the emails sent back to you are out of order.  Wait 5 minutes, submit a single Reset Password request and see if that solves the issue.
  2. If you never received an email after submitting your Reset Password request, then it's likely that GroupValet is not able to send an email to you.  That can happen for various reasons, outlined here, but to solve this simply send an email to support@groupvalet.com and we'll take care of it.
