Gmail has a Promotions tab and it's likely that their algorithm is putting the emails there. Please check your Promotions tab and if you find emails from GroupValet, follow these 2 steps to help make sure the emails are delivered to your Primary tab instead.
1. Click and drag a GroupValet email from Promotions on to the Primary tab. This will move the email to that folder.
2. Now go to that email and click any link in it. It doesn't matter which link you click - even clicking the GroupValet logo is fine. Gmail interprets a click to mean that you wanted to receive the email.
